Hi there 4Runners. Today in your 2021 Ford 450, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install MaxxTow's LED light bar. And this is what our light bar looks like when it's installed. We add a 60 led light bar that's gonna provide a flood and spot function. We can see that the outer diodes are gonna give us a wider spread while in the middle, we're gonna get a nice far distance spot so we can easily see out into the distance. And you can see here on the front of the Ford bumper here, we've got a nice large opening that allows our light to fit right in there. more

Today on our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the Vision X Cannon Off-Road Light Kit, part number CTL-CPZ110KIT. Now here in our studio, we can go ahead and see what our lights look like by themselves on the truck. The Vision X lights are extremely bright, durable LED off-road lights. Provides a narrow 10 degrees spot beam that is ideal for high-speed and off-road applications. The superior light output has a single 25 watt LED light that will produce up to 1,000 feet of bright light. The premium LEDs have a 50,000 hour lifespan and are driven to 90% of the light emitting potential. Being an LED light, we also don't have to worry about any extreme heat being produced by the light. more

Westin Off-Road Driving Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video

Westin Off-Road Driving Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150

Today on our 2006 Ford F-150, we'll be installing the Westin Off Road Driving Lights, part number 09-0505. We're going to mount these on the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard that has already been installed on the truck. To begin our install, our grille guard has mounting points for the lights already. We'll go ahead and locate the attachment points and remove the rubber plugs. Now to secure the light to the bar, the stud will go down through the light bar, then we'll install a flat washer, a split lock washer and secure with a nut. Let's go ahead and set out light in place and then we'll install our hardware. There's our flat washer, our split lock washer and then the nut. With our hardware finger tight, we'll make any necessary adjustments to the light and then tighten it down. more

Today in our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the optronics 6-inch round, 100 watt halogen off-road lights. Part number MH100W. We will also be using the Optronics relay wiring kit, part number A-720. Our first step will be mounting the lights. Because the design of our light bulb we'll not be able to use the manufactures lower, rubber or metal washers. We're going to replace that with a 1/2-inch plat washer and then secure it with the manufacturer's split lock washer and nut. more

Today in our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the Westin driving lights. Part number 09-0205. On this vehicle we'll be installing the lights onto the Western light bar, part number 37-02015. We'll be installing four lights in total. Let's go ahead and mount our lights first. To mount the light, we'll simply remove the nut and lock washer, install the light on the light bar and then reinstall the lock washer and then the nut and then tighten them down. more

All right. Today on this 2003 Ford F-250, we're going to install part number NV-802C. Now, well actually be installing four of these on this vehicle. Well also be using the wiring kit, part number A-720. We're going to start off by installing the switch base onto a removable panel, that's below the steering column. Now, to transfer the pattern from our switch onto the backside of the panel. more
